Fibe Sends Demand or Recall Notice: You will receive a notice from Fibe about your overdue loan. You will receive a loan recall notice, loan demand notice or legal notice. Fibe will demand you to pay your full outstanding overdue loan amount. Or else they will proceed with further actions to recover the unpaid loan amount. You will get this notice because you haven’t payback the entire loan amount to Fibe.
Fibe Sends Recovery Communication: Gradually Fibe will start sending recovery letters and emails. Recovery communication from Fibe about your overdue loan will be sent to you. Collection agents will call you to recover Fibe loan amount. You will get bombarded with Fibe recovery SMS messages, WhatsApp messages and emails.
Fibe Starts Lok Adalat or Arbitration: Your Fibe lender can start Lok Adalat against you to recover the dues owed to them. Fibe may even take the further step of arbitration against you. If Lok Adalat or arbitration has been started against you by lenders. Do not ignore calls or letters from people claiming to be Fibe recovery agents.
Fibe Recovery Agents Are Calling You: Fibe recovery agents won’t harass you over telephone calls. Agents working directly or indirectly for Fibe lender will call you. Loan recovery agents call you to recover the unpaid loan amount. They will not embarrass you at your job or threaten you over calls. Loan recovery agents will also not force you to pay Fibe through illegal means.

How to Settle Fibe Loan?
OTS is short for One Time Settlement. Most loan app companies, NBFCs and lending partners accept OTS loan requests. All loan lenders have different internal policies towards settling loans. Tell them why you could not pay back your Fibe loan amount. Attach proof that clearly defines your reason of not being able to pay. You can negotiate upon overdue charges, interest recovery charges. Penal charges can also be negotiated, cheque bounce charges and collection expenses. Negotiate upon the time you can pay the missed EMIs. Negotiate a settlement amount which you can comfortably pay to lenders.
Once you receive a written confirmation and email from Fibe lender. You can proceed to make a payment to them through offical means only. Once you’ve made a payment to lenders. Ask them for proof of payment transaction, closure letter. Ask them for a no dues letter or CIBIL update proof of loan closure.
Unfortunately your loan settlement offer letter can get rejected by lenders. Either the loan settlement amount was too low or your reason was unjust. You did not provide lender’s enough documents to validate your reason. Or your loan might be in a recovery stage where lenders won’t negotiate offers. Just because your lender company rejected your offer doesn’t mean you lost.
You can write another OTS loan letter to Fibe with a higher offer amount. Provide lender’s better documents which can proof your current financial situation. Clearly explain your reason for not being able to repay your loan amount. If lender’s sends you a loan recall notice or loan demand notice.
Borrower Rights Against Harassment
Collection agents, loan recovery agents working for lenders cannot abuse you over the phone calls. Loan recovery agents won’t threaten you to make payments or embarrass you. Loan recovery agents cannot force you to make a payment to lenders. They will not force you to make a payment through illegal methods.
Agents working directly or indirectly for Fibe lender cannot abuse you. They will not threaten you to pay your overdue loan amount. Loan recovery agents cannot visit your workplace without any proper reason. Agents will not contact your employer, manager or even colleague. Recovery agents will not threaten you to file a police complaint.
If you have received legal notices like loan demand notice, loan recall notice. You can send lenders a legal notice reply back to their letter.
Agents working for lenders, loan recovery agents or collection agents. Will not abuse you over phone calls for money recovery. You can write lenders a written customer complaint against their recovery practices. Loan recovery agents will not abuse you in person to recover money.
